US bond market fell on Tuesday (Sep. 26) to the lowest level of the year and looks set to post a third straight year of loss, based on Vanguard Total US Bond Market ETF (BND). The fund is down 0.8% year to date and posted a 1.9% decline in 2021 and a 13.1% tumble last year.
